Parish Meetings

The Council sits once a month, usually on the 3rd Thursday of the month.

Full Council meetings – discussion of general matters affecting the Parish and the review of current Planning Applications.

  • The public are welcome at meetings.  The public are encouraged to register with the Clerk if they would like to speak in the public forum.  The public can speak  during the Public Forum on any subject for up to 3 minutes.  Once the Council is in session the public are not allowed to contribute.  
Meetings start at 7.30pm and are held at Tanworth and Earlswood Village Halls on alternate months for the two meetings.

There is also an Annual Parish Assembly held yearly which welcomes reports from many groups within the Parish. If you wish to see reports then you should contact the Parish office. (Note the Parish may make a small charge for photocopying these in some cases for frequent or multiple requests.)
