Temporary Road Closure – Dyers Lane from 23.10.17

 ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984, SECTION 14

 TEMPORARY CLOSURE OF C137 DYERS LANE, HOCKLEY HEATH

Warwickshire County Council proposes to make a Temporary Traffic Order closing C137 Dyers Lane, Hockley Heath from the junction of Cut Throat Lane to the Canal Bridge, to vehicular traffic.

The closure is required to facilitate edge strengthening & ditch cleaning works and for the installation of new drainage.

The Order will commence on 23 October 2017 and will last for a period of 18 months, or until the works are completed, whichever is the earlier.  However, it is anticipated that the works will be completed by 16 November 2017, weather permitting.

Pedestrian access to and egress from properties and land situated adjacent to the length of road to be closed will be maintained at all times. Vehicular access will be maintained where possible.

An alternative route will be signed and is available via: Dyers Lane, Illshaw Heath Road, Warings Grreen Road, Cut Throat Lane and vice versa.
