Objection - An hectare of water adjacent to the Stratford Road, up to two metres deep, is not a Pond, but a Lake and regardless of the contents of the Applicants Flood Risk Report, I am of the view that it is a potential flood risk and should only be approved if supported by an independent experts` assessment.
